Typical Landes farmhouse on a non-enclosed wooded garden of 600 sqm at the end of a quiet and family-friendly residential neighborhood, very close to the ocean, the marine lake, village events, and the Vélodyssée cycling route, offers its comfort and amenities for a most enjoyable stay. The living space features a fireplace, TV, and connected speaker, alongside a dining area and equipped open kitchen. With 3 bedrooms featuring closets, including 4 beds of 2 (140200) and 2 (90200) each, plus a sofa bed (140), there's a total of 8 sleeping spots. A barbecue and plancha, as well as tables and outdoor seating, complete your vacation home. Additional amenities include air conditioning, an outdoor shower for beach returns, and provided bed linens, towels, and household items, along with Wi-Fi access. During the summer, bookings are made biweekly from Saturday to Saturday. An optional service for bed linen and towels is available upon request. Cleaning is provided at your departure for an additional fee of €100 per stay. We offer 2 adult bicycles and 2 children's bikes for ages 4 and 12, as well as a crib and high chair for young children.
